The eClipboard eService app can be launched on a Tablet device.
Patients can check in for appointments, fill out forms, and make payments using the app.
Alternatively, patients can use eClipboard Web which allows them to fill out items from a web browser. The eClipboard Web interface is nearly identical to the eClipboard 25 app. Some features are only available when using the eClipboard 25 app.
The screenshots on this page reflect the eClipboard 25 app.
For existing users using the legacy eClipboard 24 app, see eClipboard 24: What Patient Sees
When using the eClipboard 25 app, patients use their name and birthdate to check in for their appointment.

Upon checking in, if the patient has an appointment sceduled for today, the appointment status is automatically updated in the Appointments Module. For eClipboard Web, patients will see the Patient Login screen. See eClipboard Web: What Patient Sees for details.
Once checked into eClipboard, patients are shown a checklist of items to complete. This can include filling out specific forms, viewing their statement and making a payment, taking photos, and more.

Patients can fill out and sign forms consent, medical history, registration forms, and more using the eClipboard app.

Consent Forms can only be filled out using the eClipboard 25 app. Other forms can be filled out using the eClipboard 25 app or eClipboard Web.
Forms can be set up and customized using Sheets or eForms.
With eForms, you can set up conditional questions. This means that patients will only see questions applicable to them.
After forms are filled out, data can be imported into your database, saving valuable time for data entry.
eClipboard can prompt patients to take a patient photo (selfie) or ID and insurance cards.

Once the patient completes their check in, photos are autoamtically uploaded to the Imaging Module.
If OCR for eClipboard is set up, patients may see an additional screen after taking a photo of an insurance card.
This feature helps simplify patient data entry by using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to process text from the insurance card and auto-populate information into fields. Details for each field can be edited or added as needed. This information is used to auto-populate applicable fields within subsequent Sheets or eForms that the patient will fill out during the eClipboard session.
Saved Treatment Plans can be sent to the eClipboard app for patients to digitally sign.

This feature is available for the eClipboard 25 app only.
Payment Plans can also be sent to the eClipboard app for patients to review terms and sign.

This feature is available for the eClipboard 25 app only.
Easily send statement balances to eClipboard for the patient to make payments using the Payment Portal.

eClipboard 25 includes accessibility features to change text size and enable dark mode or high contrast mode.
