Advertising Postcards allow an office to send marketing material to a specified list of existing or prospective patients.

In the Main Menu, click Tools, Advertising - Postcards.

If Advertising - Postcards is already enabled, the window above will display. If Advertising - Postcards is not yet enabled, the Postcards Setup (Advertising) window will open instead.

Setup: Click to open the Advertising - Postcards Setup window.

Options:

• Advertising - Postcards Account: Click to select the Advertising - Postcards account to open.
• Number of recipients: The current number of patients selected to send postcards to.
  • Select Patients: Click to select which patients to send postcards to. See Advertising - Select Patients.
• List Name: Give the patient list a name.

View Account Details: Click to send postcards without a pre-loaded patient list or view postcard account information.

Upload List: Click to send postcards using the list of selected patients.

Click Cancel to close without making changes.
