Message-to-Pay Edit

Send messages via text or email to a patient with a direct link to the Payment Portal.

In the Account Module, Payment dropdown, click Send Message-to-Pay.

When using the Payment Portal, Message-to-Pay allows a patient to quickly make a payment without needing to log into the Patient Portal.

Message Type:

Email Subject: Displays the subject line for email messages. If Text is selected, this field is grayed out.

Message Text: Displays the message sent for text or email. Customize Message-to-Pay messages in Payment Portal Setup. Messages can be manually altered on a per-patient basis.

Send: Click to send the message. A statement is immediately generated and can be viewed in the account. The statement includes all family members and is based on the Billing Defaults.
