Message-to-Pay Feature

Send patients a text message or email to quickly make their payment via the Payment Portal.

Message-to-Pay is available in Version 24.1 and greater.

Message-to-Pay allows patients to do the following:

• Easily make a payment securely from their mobile device or computer
• Opt to make a one-time payment or save a card on file for future payments
• View their balance or statement

Getting Started

Message-to-Pay is available via email at no additional fee for practices on support with a unique, active registration key. For text messages, Integrated Texting fees apply. See Fees for Software, Support, and Services.

Start by enabling the Payment Portal. Message-to-Pay and the Payment Portal are available when using an integrated Credit Card Processor.
