When you order the full version of Open Dental, you will eventually submit payment for Software Support and Services Fees. There are several options for paying your Open Dental support statement.
Payment Methods
You can submit payment to us over the phone, by fax, mail, or email* (credit/debit).
Accepted Payment Types
Debit card: Pay using your debit card by phone, fax, mail, or email*.
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Pay using a credit card by phone, fax, mail, or email*.
Note: Call
Support if you would like to set up automated monthly payments on a debit or credit card.
Send a check in the mail to pay your bill (U.S. only). Make checks payable to Open Dental.
*Email is not a secure method of sending credit/debit card information. We prefer to not receive card information via email.
