Routing Slips can be easily customized and printed from Open Dental.

In Standard Reports, in the Daily section, click Routing Slips.

Routing slips can be printed from the Appointments Module for an individual appointment or all appointments by using right-click options.

They can also be printed using the Routing Slips Report.
