Default User Groups for Instructors/Students

An important Dental Schools Security issue is making sure all users are assigned to a user group. User groups determine a user's security permissions. To automate this process, you can assign default user groups for instructors and students.

  1. In the Main Menu, click Setup, Dental Schools.
  2. Students: Click [...] to select the user group that will be assigned to all students.

    Instructors: Click [...] to select the user group that will be assigned to all instructors.

  3. Click OK to save your changes.
