The State of Nevada has passed laws and enacted regulations requiring certain technologies be implemented or that waivers be applied for and granted. It appears as though the deadline is Jul. 1, 2024 or Jul. 1, 2025, or Jan. 1, 2030, depending on the size or nature of health provider.
