How much does each eService cost?

How do I start using eServices?

  1. (Recommended) Update to the latest stable version of Open Dental.
  2. Install the eConnector.
  3. Sign up for the service using the eServices Signup.
  4. Refer to the setup steps for each service for the next steps.

Optionally, contact Open Dental support to assist with signup and setup.

Do I have a compatible setup?

See Computer Requirements. The eConnector is not compatible with Linux or Mac.

Do I need an IT Professional?

An IT professional is optional when installing the eConnector.

What if a patient wants to opt out of text messages or email communication?
