Popups are automatic messages that are triggered when you open a patient's record.

In the Main Toolbar, click Popups.

Popups can be useful to remind staff to verify patient information, communicate information with the patient, and more. You can add popups to an entire family or a single patient. Popups can also be used with Automation.
