These are features for the Manual Publisher tool as well as related website behavior and organization. Jordan maintains this page and currently does the programming. Devin can help with certain issues if Jordan is not available.

• Search ignore hyphens

• Message "no spelling errors" show on same monitor.
• Insert target="_blank"
• Title in right pane
• Find refresh as type
• Dropdown at top of manual page exclude certain version, especially as list gets longer.
• When switching between versions, do not refresh and leave page. Just open that page in the newly selected version.
• MP Search, use keyboard arrow keys and enter.
• Open the xml page editor directly from Windows
• Find next or show on scrollbar
• Spell check refresh as words are fixed.

Not Planned

These features are not planned to be implemented anytime soon, but are just here as a reminder that we are aware of them.

• Complete rewrite of editor to fix: WYSIWYG, show images, show different fonts, smoother scrolling, etc.
• Remove ability to click on image in right pane. (not feasible)
• Collapse/expand elements
• When using the cursor to move, skip tags and just stay in the content.

Annoyances

These are very minor, so are tolerated for now.

• After editing a page, it sometimes shows in the main MP window without its title bar.
• Save while spell check is on wipes out the spell check highlights
• Large images are supposed to spill to the right instead of shrinking.
