For Dental Schools, requirements are added to courses, attached to appointments, then managed by students and instructors.

In the Edit Appointment window, click Req.

Adding requirements to appointments is useful for Dental Schools. Requirements that are in progress or have been completed are listed in the Attached Requirements grid.

Click Add or double-click an existing requirement to edit.

• Student: Is filled using the provider on the appointment.
• Patient: The patient for the appointment.
• Appointment: Displays the appointment details.
• Course: Click Select to choose the course to complete the requirement for.
• Requirement: Click Select to choose the requirement being completed.
• Instructor: Click the dropdown to select the provider.
• Date Completed: Enter the completion date or click Now to autofill. Can only be entered by an instructor.

Click Delete to remove the requirement. Click Save to keep changes.
