Manually Send Sheets to eClipboard

To manually send Sheets to eClipboard (including consent forms) do the following:

1. Go to the Appointments Module.
2. Select the patient's appointment.
3. Mark the appointment status as Arrived.
4. Go to Tools, Kiosk Manager. Alternatively, enable Show kiosk manager when staff changes patient status to arrived in eClipboard Setup to open the Kiosk Manager automatically.
5. In the Kiosk Manager window, select the device.
6. Click Add or Remove Forms.
7. In the Patient Forms window, click Add Sheet.
   • For consent forms:
     1. In the Pick Sheet window, double-click to select the Sheet to send.
     2. In the Fill Sheet window, enter the applicable information into the Sheet (e.g., tooth number).
     3. Click To Kiosk.
   • For forms other than consent forms:
     1. In the Pick Sheet window, select the Sheets to send.
     2. Click To Kiosk.
8. Exit the Patient Forms window to return to the Kiosk Manager.
9. In the Kiosk Manager window, the forms list on the right. Click Load to send them to the selected device. The forms open in the eClipboard app.

Manually Send eForms to eClipboard

To manually send eForms to eClipboard (including consent forms) do the following:

1. Go to the Appointments Module.
2. Select the patient's appointment.
3. Mark the appointment status as Arrived.
4. Go to Tools, Kiosk Manager. Alternatively, enable Show kiosk manager when staff changes patient status to arrived in eClipboard Setup to open the Kiosk Manager automatically.
5. In the Kiosk Manager window, select the device.
6. Click Add or Remove Forms.
7. In the Patient Forms window, click Add eForm.
8. In the Pick eForm window, double-click to select the eForm to send.
9. In the Fill eForm window, select Show in eClipboard in Status.
   • For consent forms, enter the applicable information into the eForm (e.g., tooth number).
10. Click Save.
11. Repeat for each eForm needed.
12. Exit the Patient Forms window to return to the Kiosk Manager.
13. In the Kiosk Manager window, the forms list on the right. Click Load to send them to the selected device. The forms open in the eClipboard app.
