Add a logo and colors to eClipboard to match the practice's branding.

In eServices Setup, click Branding.

Clinic Information

Clinic: The clinic to apply settings to.

Use default: Check to use the default settings for the selected clinic. Only shows when a clinic is selected in the dropdown menu.

Clinic Name: Enter the clinic name, as it should be displayed for patients.

Logo

These settings apply to eClipboard 24, eClipboard 25, and eClipboard Web.

Logo Path: The location of the clinic logo. Click Select to browse for the image. Click Clear to remove logo information.

• A preview of the logo displays on the right. Logos larger than 90x90 are reduced. Images do not need to be square.
• PNG is the preferred image format. The other accepted formats are JPG, BMP, and GIF.
• Transparent images are supported, but images always display on a white background.
• The recommended image location is the OpenDentImages folder. Other locations are acceptable but must be accessible by the eConnector.

Colors

These settings apply to eClipboard 25 and eClipboard Web.

Source Color: Click a box to select a source color, typically the primary branding color. Once selected, primary, secondary, and tertiary colors are automatically suggested. These suggestions are designed to consider accessibility rules.

Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Color: Click each color box to edit the suggested color as desired.

Dark Mode: Check to view the colors on a dark screen.

Colors selected display in the box below and are view-only. After saving changes, log out of eClipboard 25 and log back in on each device for the setting to take affect.
