Message-to-Pay Edit

Send messages via text or email to a patient with a direct link to the Payment Portal.

In the Account Module, Payment dropdown, click Send Message-to-Pay.

When using the Payment Portal, Message-to-Pay allows a patient to quickly make a payment without needing to log into the Patient Portal. See Message-to-Pay: What Patient Sees for more details.

Statement Type: Select what information to include on the statement.

Select one or both options to send a Message-to-Pay link. Text and email messages display beneath their respective boxes. Customize the default messages in Payment Portal Setup. Messages can be manually altered on a per-patient basis.

Edit Email Message: Click to open the HTML Email Edit window.

Preview Statement: Click to preview the statement before sending.

Send: Click to send the message. A statement is immediately generated and can be viewed in the patient's account. The statement details use options found in Billing Defaults.
