Fee Schedule Notes

Add Fee Schedule Notes to track information on fee changes.

In Edit Fee Schedule, click Notes.

Alternatively:

The Fee Schedule name is shown for reference. Any existing Fee Schedule Notes are displayed in the grid.

Add: Create a new Fee Schedule Note. See the Fee Schedule Note Edit section below for additional details.

Clinics: Only available when the Clinics feature is enabled. Choose a clinic from the dropdown to filter notes.

Fee Schedule Note Edit

Click Add to create a new Fee Schedule Note or double-click an existing note to edit.

The additional information at the top of the window is only shown when creating a new fee schedule.

Click Save to keep changes.
