In the Main Menu, click Setup, Definitions, Supply Categories.

The Supply Categories definition determines the category options available to group Supplies.

Double-click an existing item to edit or click Add to create a new item. The following Edit Definition window opens.

Enter the category Name then click Save to keep changes.

Click Delete to remove a category not in use.
