Web Sched

Web Sched, powered by Patient Viewer, allows patients to schedule their appointments online. There are two services available: Web Sched Recall and Web Sched New Patient Appointments. They are paid services and you must be on support with an active registration key. The responsive design is intended for use on both desktop computers and mobile devices.

Web Sched Recall
Allow existing patients to schedule their recall appointments online. When recall reminders are due, send an email that includes a clickable link for scheduling. See Web Sched Recall for setup and more details.

How it works:

  1. When a recall is due, email Web Sched Recall reminders to each patient's authorized representative. Emails can be automated or sent manually. The email contains a clickable link that is appointment and patient-specific.
  2. Patient clicks on the link to open Web Sched Recall in their browser.
  3. Patient selects an available appointment to schedule it.
  4. Scheduled appointments instantly show in the Appointment schedule.
  5. Track appointments made via Web Sched using the Appointments report.

Web Sched New Patient Appointments
Allow new patients to schedule their first appointment online. See Web Sched New Patient Appointments for setup and more details.

How it works:

  1. Practice is issued a hosted URL and links to it from their website.
  2. New patient clicks the link, selects an available appointment, enters basic contact information, and schedules it.
  3. Scheduled appointments instantly show in the Appointment schedule and a new patient record is created.
  4. Track appointments made via Web Sched using the Appointments report.
