Signup Portal Troubleshooting

Below are some troubleshooting steps if you experience issues with the Signup Portal. Also see eServices General Troubleshooting.

Problem: The Signup Portal window in Open Dental is blank with Internet Explorer 8 installed.
Solution: Update Internet Explorer or uninstall it. The Signup Portal is not compatible with IE 8. See Computer Requirements.
